Civil air defense fortifications
Project Overview
Civil air defense works and explosion-proof structures require concrete with extremely high impact resistance, permeability resistance, and seismic performance to ensure the reliability of protective engineering under extreme conditions. Adding steel fibers to explosion-proof walls, underground protective structures, and shear wall concrete can significantly improve the blast resistance and permeability resistance of the structures, enhance the protection level, and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Steel Fiber Solutions
It is recommended to use shear-type or single hooked-end type steel fibers, with fiber length of 40-60mm and dosage of 30-60kg/m³. Shear-type steel fibers disperse evenly and are cost-effective, suitable for large-area explosion-proof wall construction; hooked-end steel fibers have strong anchoring force, providing better pull-out resistance and toughness under explosive impact loads.
Application Advantages
Blast Resistance Enhancement
Structural blast resistance is significantly improved, effectively resisting explosive shock waves.
Permeability Resistance
Concrete permeability resistance is enhanced, improving the airtightness of underground protective structures.
Seismic Improvement
Structural seismic performance is improved, enhancing the overall safety margin of the project.
Protection Level
Enhances the protection level of civil air defense works, meeting design standards and acceptance requirements.
