Milled steel fiber is produced by a milling process. It features high tensile strength, good toughness and dispersibility, and has strong bonding with concrete. Both ends have anchoring ends, and one side is rough while the other is smooth, allowing it to firmly bond with the cement paste in concrete. Its shape is wavy and curved, and the waves can greatly increase the contact area of steel fiber in concrete, making it easy to combine with concrete, greatly improving the effectiveness of steel fiber reinforced concrete and enhancing the crack resistance, tensile resistance, and shear resistance of concrete. It is suitable for highway bridges, hydraulic dams, railway engineering sleepers, ports, marine engineering tunnels, mine engineering, pipeline engineering, and other construction projects.
Product Features
Steel Ingot Milling
Formed in one pass by milling process, with dense and uniform material and no secondary processing defects.
Rough Surface Bonding
One side rough and one side smooth, firmly combined with cement paste, with excellent bonding strength.
Wave Increased Surface Area
The wavy curved shape increases the contact area, enhancing reinforcement effect and dispersibility.
Crack and Shear Resistance
Effectively improves the crack resistance, tensile resistance, and shear resistance of concrete, and enhances structural integrity.
